9:00 a.m. – Begin assembling for the walk or run.

9:30 a.m. – RUN OR WALK 4K

Join us on a scenic urban route, west on Dundas West, to our Shirley Street transition house and back to Matthew House.

10:30 a.m. to noon – BREAKFAST BUFFET

Meet and mingle over breakfast with team members, residents, former residents, volunteers, staff and Anne Woolger, Founder & Executive Director of Matthew House. New team members can pick up their t-shirts at this time.

11:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. EVENT DETAILS
