The final details are being put into place as our 2012 Matthew House team is getting ready to run in the Scotia bank Marathon, Half Marathon and 5 km event this Sunday October 14th.  We have a smaller team than last year but still a great group with great spirit!  We have the largest number of former residents ever participating from countries such as: Afghanistan, Eritrea, Somalia, Iran, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Ethiopia.  Rain or shine, we are ready and have participants in all three distances from 5K to the marathon!  And there is still time to put pledges on our team members!  Our former residents would especially benefit from outsider support since they have less of a social network to call upon.  CLICK HERE to read ALL about the race.  You can also see our TEAM LIST HERE and  sponsor a Matthew House team member.
